We bought a midcentury home, walking distance to our favorite park, hiking trail and spring fed river. The house needs a bit of love, so we’ve been spending evenings and weekends working away. We’ve ripped out velvet carpet, popcorn ceilings, stained concrete, drywalled, created custom chandeliers, side tables and concrete countertops. We’re close to calling it stops for the summer, as we head off to adventuring in Utah and Arizona before heading up to Colorado Springs for the summer.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2502″ css=”.vc_custom_1461772966762{padding-top: 50px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”2501″ css=”.vc_custom_1461772980872{padding-bottom: 50px !important;}”][vc_column_text]CoPilot has been busy with some great new projects with Lee Spirits, Wine Punts and West Edge student housing. We’ve also picked up a bit of work in the Austin/San Antonio area for musician Wade Bowen and his foundation, Comal Trails Alliance (we need more trails here!) and a local accounting firm called Cloud CFO. It’s been great meeting some new people in the Downtown Association and connecting on like minded projects.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1461774816128{padding-top: 100px !important;padding-bottom: 50px !important;}”]
