Canine Classmates is a Non Profit in New Braunfels, TX that encourages and improves literacy and socialization skills for struggling and at-risk pre-K through 5th grade students through pairing mentors and trained service dogs in a one-on-one program that is positive, nurturing and motivational. In short, they bring dogs to school and the kids get to read to them. Dogs do not judge and the kids feel confident in their reading skills. It’s a win/win.

Why A Brand Guide?

Why a Brand Guide?

  • February 9, 2016

Often we meet with new clients and while they know that they need some kind of an outline of the look and feel of their upcoming look or the refreshing of their existing logo, they're unsure about what to call it.  Enter, "Brand Guide."  During meetings we spend a decent portion of time explaining the ins and outs of what a Brand Guide is, how it's developed and why it's important to each company.  Today, we'd like to put some of that explanation online to familiarize you with the same information.

New Year Resolutions – Austin

  • January 7, 2016

As I review the year, and look out into 2016, I am reminded by Maya to keep focus. Maya is my first born, neurotic blue heeler and border collie terror of a dog. She has one goal in life, get the ball, stick or frisbee as fast as possible and bring it back to whoever threw it. Over and over and over again. Her dedication to this task is unbelievable. Her focus is spot on. Her laser focused eyes say it all and nothing can stand in her way as she hurdles, swims, or plows through my kids to complete her task. It’s inspiring to see her love something so intently. This love can be applied to lots of things in my personal life and CoPilot. Doing work we love, sharing stories we love and adventuring with people we love. Last year I made some key steps to get closer to the things…

Embarking On A New Adventure.

Embarking on a New Adventure.

  • November 6, 2015

Well this is an exciting time for my family.  Our Texas roots have been calling us back home, at least for the winter that is.  This week we will begin our transition to Texas for the Winter months and Colorado for the beautiful summers! We have been in Colorado Springs for eleven years now and we have loved it!  We’ve started not only our businesses here but our family as well.  I have spent much of my time this week reflecting on a series of events that have happened in our community, and close to home.  These events have made me realize the beauty of what we have here. I live in an amazing downtown neighborhood filled with friends that own coffee shops, friends that photograph our kids each year, friends that work next to me at the Machine Shop and friends that lead our downtown community. I didn’t realize…

2013 in Review

  • January 17, 2014

Ok, we have to brag a bit. January always brings a time of reflection of the past year. In 2013, Tommy and I had an amazing year. We welcomed 2 new beautiful kiddos into this world (3 days apart), Launched our first ever CoPilot project the Incline App, and positioned CoPilot to do some great things in 2014. But most of all, we were extremely fortunate to get to work with some of the most amazing people this year. And together, we were able to raise over $4 million dollars for Non Profit Organizations in 3 different communities. 95% of that was raised in 2 months! Congratulations to all of these organizations and the folks behind them. GoodGivingGuide (BGCF and Smiley Pete Publishing) - $1,671,958 IndyGive (CSIndy, Design Rangers) - $1,141,594 Monterey County Gives (CFMC) - $1,066,411 WildFireTees (Fixer Creative, Design Rangers, Magneti Marketing,  ACS Apparel, and other amazing supporters)…

CoPilot Launches Manitou Springs Incline App

CoPilot Launches Manitou Springs Incline App

  • March 25, 2013

Available NOW for download! We are already tracking times! The Incline App is basically a way to track your time, rank against others, follow friends, and get rewards for participating. The App is completely free to use, once you complete the incline you instantly get ranked, see your friends times, and are sent rewards via email from supporting businesses. We’ve geo located the top and bottom of the incline to keep people honest, meaning you can’t start or stop unless you are ACTUALLY at the bottom or the top. With the incline becoming legal on February 1st, CoPilot set out to create a tool that Incline enthusiasts could use to track their times and share with the world. “No B.S.-ing,” said CoPilot co-owner Tommy Eisenbeis. “The GPS coordinates track you at the bottom and you can’t hit stop until you get to the top — that way, it keeps it…
