We decide this on a project-by-project basis. CoPilot Creative begins by working backwards from your deadline and creating a timeline in reverse. That way you are assured that you will have your project done right and on time — every time!

Costs fluctuate depending on the project, budget and deadline. CoPilot Creative takes each of these factors into consideration when creating an estimate that you will sign off on before we begin work.

Our intent is to never surprise you with a bill. If the specs of the project change, you will receive a change order with any price changes spelled out for you so you know exactly where you stand.

We are not the cheapest. We are not the most expensive. But we do provide the best value for your dollar.

CoPilot Creative will work with your company to figure out a way to work within limited budgets. If we know what you need and what you have to spend, we will do everything we can to make it happen.

Closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.

We are also closed the week between Christmas and New Years.

Need to see us when it’s convenient for you and not us? No problem. Let us know when you need to meet and we will gladly schedule an appointment.

At CoPilot Creative, we prefer to use our approved printing vendors. Often we have arrangements with printers because of the volume of work we send to them so we can get you better pricing than you could get yourself.

If you prefer to use a vendor of your choice, we will charge an hourly rate for the time it takes to work with them.

If you simply pick up the files and take them to the printer of your choosing, then we will not charge anything, but you will be responsible for working with the printer.

At CoPilot, we don't believe in Ad Execs or middle men. You work directly with the Web or Graphic Designer who is the lead on your project. This eliminates confusion and saves time.

The person who is actually working on your projects is the one who gets to know you, your company and your needs the best!

The size of a job is never an issue for CoPilot Creative. We’ve handled jobs from $50.00 to $120,000.00 without skipping a beat.

All jobs matter to us and we are committed to giving each project the same care and attention, regardless of size.

No job is too small for CoPilot Creative. However, if the size of your project in comparison to the size of your budget is not a good fit for us, then we will be happy to
give you ideas on how to find a company that will be able to work with you.
